Electric Fillet Knives

Once you’re done using a fish fillet knife, be sure to thoroughly wash the blade so that it’s sanitary for future use. If you want your fish filleting to be consistent and easy, keep the blades as sharp as they can be. Don’t let your blades rust; store your knives in a place devoid of moisture.
